Fall is Nigh

So I have to get my September post in.

Not much to report, although I did manage to go a month without someone dying, which I guess is a plus. Also have some resolve to start eating better and exercising, just need to get rid of (okay, eat) the last of the junk food in the house first. After all, waste not, want not, right? Then it's on the treadmill every night. Or most every night. Or one night a week. Or month. Yay motivation!

Anywho, that's all the excitement from my little corner of the world. Maybe October will be more fun.

Good luck with the junk food and treadmill. Weekly updates on this blog with pictures and weigh-ins would be good motivation, no? Well, maybe not pictures, no offense =)

Yeah, it might be, but at the same time, it might remind me how lazy I truly have gotten. Last time around, I did daily weigh-in's, and found that while a difference was a long time coming, it was great to look back on.

I agree with Brian. Good luck on the treadmill. Mine calls to me everyday but I have been able to ignore it. Will do it tomorrow.
